A passion for fresh produce, with the creativity and palette to make delicious dishes – they’ll be a feast for the eyes as well as tasting superb! Prior experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen is a must.
You’ll be part of a busy team of professional Chefs, working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have the use of a fully equipped kitchen and top ingredients, preparing dishes according to a variety of recipes and plating specs.
The morning starts with your prep work: checking the fridges and store-cupboards are stocked with everything you need for the day. You’ll prepare all the ingredients ready for the day’s service, and ensure your work station is clean and has all the correct equipment you’ll need.
When service starts, it’s all systems go! Using the highest quality ingredients, you’ll create flavour sensations, following the recipes and plating specs. You’ll be inspired by a variety of exciting tastes and textures, whilst gaining invaluable first-hand experience from the more experienced Chefs.
Though service is fast-paced, with orders flying in thick and fast, you’ll be supported by your team, working in synergy with the other kitchen members. You’ll work hard, but also have fun whilst doing it! Once you’ve created your masterpieces, they’ll be sent out on time for our guests to enjoy. As you put the finishing touches on each plate, you’ll feel proud to be sending out delicious food that looks beautiful too.
After your busy, successful service, you’ll clean down your area, safely storing any ingredients ready for the next day.
